How do I measure the Outcome?

There are several ways of measuring outcome from a coaching intervention. Coach-To-Transformation will articulate the program objective at the beginning of the intervention and measure outcome on the agreed objectives. Outcome measures may include:
Improved productivity – Individual, Team or Organizational
Change in Behaviour – Competency mapping and measure pre and post assessments
Expanded Creativity – New product or solution development
Improved Service Levels – Customer Satisfaction, improved employee engagement
