Founder and Leadership Coach

Rajat is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) with over 16 years of industry experience and over 2500 hours of coaching experience, helping people and organizations attain maximum effectiveness. His background includes working with CXOs, senior managers, managers and board of directors of small private companies to multi-billion dollar publicly traded organizations.

Rajat’s corporate background includes being the founder of coach-to-transformation, an executive coaching and assessments firm. He also runs a Venture Accelerator IdeaPartners for INSEAD – Paris, which mentors entrepreneurs to make the shift and start on their own. He has worked as Vice President for Accenture India and was leading their IT consulting and Cisco Partnership division and handling multi million dollar accounts and P&L. He has consulted for large conglomerates and helped them achieve their agendas and outcomes. He has program managed and delivered large IT programs across the Globe and led large IT teams from diverse cultures and countries.

His practical business background as a leader dealing with the complex challenges of running a successful P&L, use of psychometric & 360-degree instruments, understanding of competency mapping and assessment centers are blended with his extensive experience as a Leadership coach. He is also a certified mentor coach and trains HR professionals and future coaches in the art of coaching accredited by ICF.

He is part of the executive board of IIT Bombay Alumni Association. With ICF he engages in multiple roles including sitting on the nomination committee for selecting the Board of ICF, Independent Review Board (Takes care of unethical conduct in coaching) and runs the ICF India Community of Practice on ethics. He is a senior fellow with the Conference Board in their Human Capital Exchange.

Rajat holds a MBA from INSEAD and a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical from IIT Bombay. Rajat is an avid reader of Fiction and has dabbled in theatre in the past. He currently lives in Mumbai, India.

Ruchi Agrawal

Leadership Coach and Program Manager

Ruchi is a Leadership coach and Program manager with Coach-To-Transformation and helps leaders work through the complex and hidden issues and establish initiatives that are SMART. Ruchi has worked with multiple organizations like Procter and Gamble, Citibank associate and NIIT holding responsibilities in the area of marketing, analytics, team leadership and general management. Ruchi took a new challenge of working as a full time mom and raised two kids while moving between two geographies!! After a productive break from corporate world, she geared herself to face the new challenges by embarking into a new world of human psychology specifically in executive coaching and mentoring.

Dr. Frances Penafort

Arvind R

Leadership Coach

Arvind Ramasundaram is an Associate coach with Coach-To-Transformation. He acquired his Masters in Financial Management and Foreign Trade with Loyola Institute of Business Administration, Chennai and Pondicherry University respectively.

He worked as a HR professional with 15 years of industry experience in various capacities as HR site leader, Sr. Manager and Business partner. He worked with companies like Mphasis, Sungard, Symphony Services and Intel in various verticals of BPO, Services and Product groups. He was with Intel in his corporate career before he quit to pursue his passion of coaching. As part of his journey in HR, he has worked with large and mid size organizations managing both engineering and non-engineering groups directly responsible for 1500+ employees. He is a business partnering expert handling various business leaders at all levels across the globe with varied teams and cultures. He was a resident employee engagement expert for all his organizations and he has also led country wide efforts in corporate social responsibilities.

He ran his own coaching efforts in these organizations on a 1x1 and group coaching basis. He has personally been part of several mergers and acquisitions in his organizations were he led the change management efforts through coaching for culture, vision and OD interventions for his business groups. He was also a city host for a group of 50 members under Live Your Legend initiative which inculcated members to pursue their passion in 2014.

He is also a CC certified Toastmaster and ran corporate toastmaster clubs, he is also certified in Crucial conversations. He is a passion and life coaching enthusiast and a movie buff. He lives in Bengaluru.

Alka Shesha

Leadership Coach

Alka has over 20 years of experience working in People Development-as a Coach, Facilitator and a leader. With over 3,000 hours of coaching practice, she is ICF credentialed at PCC level.

She is one of the Founding Members of Magic Bus, a leading global non-profit organization. Alka spearheaded the program development, operations & training vertical until 2012 when she moved out of the structure as Chief Program Officer. She was honored with the L’Oreal Femina ‘Woman of the Year’ award in the same year for her contribution to the field of education.

At present she works as a coach and facilitator to the corporate and social sectors and as a strategic advisor to the latter. She believes her strengths to be leadership skills, strategy, emotional wisdom and building meaningful relationships. Her personal mission at present is to revive the contributions of ancient Indian ideologies, especially Yoga Psychology into mainstream global leadership and coaching practice. She is a speaker and presenter at several public forums like ICF, APAC, IAF etc. Her clients include senior executives from large companies and several global social sector organizations.

Alka is on the Board of ‘We the People’, a NGO that helps initiate exploration, understanding & action towards active and responsible citizenship and also of Devrai Art Village, a non-profit that works with tribal craftsmen. Presently, she is also pursuing her Masters in Leadership Science from the Mumbai University.

Atul Mathur

Leadership Coach

Atul, PCC and mentor coach, has over 19 years’ experience in coaching and in developing leaders, teams and organizations. His clients include some of India’s best known companies across different industry segments and management levels. A Chartered Accountant, his long previous experience (16 years) in industry - in consulting, IT and advertising – gives him a practical, results oriented approach that is grounded in a business context. Atul believes in the usefulness of a data driven style and values the use of assessments. With this as a foundation, the coaching engagement however is eclectic and may include influences as varied as Indian philosophy, mainstream management practice, NLP or TA to name just a few.

Apart from his work in India, he has delivered extensively abroad - in the UK, Europe and the Middle and Far East. He has been on the Subject Matter Expert panel for Learning and Development of SHRM, India. For several years, he was a guest faculty at the University of Lancaster (St.Martin’s College) where he taught the M.A. programme in Development Training.

He left Mumbai and the corporate world in 1996 as CEO of two of Grey Advertising India’s divisions, to settle down in Panchgani from where he now operates.
