Rajat is a Master Certified Leadership Coach with over 20 years of industry experience and over 2500 hours of coaching, helping people and organizations attain maximum effectiveness. His background includes working with CXOs, senior managers, managers and board of directors of small private companies to multi-billion-dollar publicly traded organizations. He collaborates with leadership teams to enhance accountability, ownership, and success by focusing on ROI. Additionally, he works with teams to increase collaboration and teamwork as organizations grow larger.

Rajat is a certified mentor coach and trains leaders, HR professionals, and future coaches in the art of coaching via a globally approved program by ICF. Rajat also sits on the board as an advisor to a couple of startups and provides mentorship to some startups.

He has worked as Vice President for Accenture India and was leading their IT consulting and Cisco Partnership division while handling multi-million-dollar accounts and P&L. He has consulted for large conglomerates and helped them achieve their agendas and outcomes. He has program-managed and delivered large IT programs across the globe and led large IT teams from diverse cultures and countries.

He is the former Chairperson of the ICF Global Enterprise Board. He has engaged with ICF in multiple roles in the past, including sitting on the Independent Review Board of the International Coaching Federation. He also served on the panel of judges for the prestigious global ICF PRISM Award. He also sat on the Nomination Committee and runs an ICF Ethics COP for India.

Rajat is an alum of INSEAD and IIT Bombay. Rajat is an avid reader of fiction and has dabbled in theatre in the past. He currently lives in Mumbai, India.

Sujata is a Master Certified Leadership Coach (MCC) with over 17 years of industry experience across various verticals like Pharmaceuticals, FMCG, Industrial Equipment and BFSI. She is a certified Gallup Strengths Coach and NLP practitioner.

In her last role as Chief Digital Officer for an Indian pharmaceutical company, she was responsible for the overall technology stack of the company. Prior to this role, she was the Global Applications Lead for Lupin where she was responsible for driving enterprise-wide transformation programs. She has worked for Accenture India where she held multiple roles in Technology Consulting and Pre-Sales. Her work at Accenture took her to various countries across the globe, shaping her attitude towards working with diverse cultures and countries. A well-known name in the pharmaceutical technology domain, Sujata has received multiple awards for her work in the Technology domain.

Sujata holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Civil Engineering from IIT Bombay. She is an avid reader and a passionate writer who loves to write on topics of leadership and women’s diversity. She is also a part-time farmer and loves to spend time on her farm engaging in dialogues with nature. She currently lives in Mumbai, India

Arvind Ramasundaram is the Director of Coaching with Coach-To-Transformation. He is an ICF MCC Trained Coach and Mentor Coach conducting the coach training programs for CTT in India and abroad. He has accumulated over 2200 hours of coaching in his career and currently has over 2700 hours of mentor coaching supporting more than 175 corporate leaders and individuals in discovering their path of coaching.

He was an HR professional with 15 years of industry experience in capacities such as HR site leader, Sr. Manager, and Business Partner. Worked with companies like Mphasis, Sungard, Symphony Services and Intel in domains/verticals including BPO, Analytics and Financial Services, and Product and Engineering groups. As part of his journey in HR, he has managed large and mid-size organizations responsible for 1500+ employees. He is well-versed in dealing with business leaders at all levels across the globe with varied teams and cultures.

He ran his own coaching efforts in these organizations on a one-on-one and group coaching basis. He has personally been part of several mergers and acquisitions in his organizations where he led the change management efforts through coaching for culture, vision, and OD interventions for his business groups.

He holds a Master’s in Financial Management from Loyola Institute of Business Administration, Chennai, and a Master’s in Foreign Trade from Pondicherry University respectively. He is a CC certified Toastmaster who managed corporate Toastmaster clubs and is certified in Crucial Conversations. He was also a city host for a group of 50 members under Live Your Legend initiative, which encouraged members to pursue their passion in 2014.

He is an avid movie buff and music enthusiast. He lives in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Madhuri is a Leadership Coach, Storyteller, dynamic Human Resources professional, Executive Search professional, and Coach Facilitator with more than 18 years of experience in international markets.

As a coach, Madhuri holds a PCC credential from ICF, with more than 800 hours of coaching experience, and is a Certified Mentor Coach. By education, Madhuri has a Master’s in Business Administration with a Marketing specialization from Pune. She currently serves on the ICF Singapore Board in 2023.

She supports clients through group-facilitated and one-on-one coaching sessions in the areas of leadership, re-establishing themselves, meeting their career objectives, realizing self-potential, and creating a personal brand. Her group-facilitated programs include coaching conversations as a manager, storytelling to elevate pitch potential, and greater communication for high performers and leaders.

Highly skilled in recruiting strategies and aligning performance objectives for profitability. Self-motivated and results-oriented team leader with a passion for diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Madhuri co-founded a platform in 2012 to help women restart after a career break. She continues to work towards the mission of career equity, facilitating career equity discussions as a co-founder for women. She has previously worked as a Practice Leader for emerging markets with Asia’s largest executive search company in Singapore.

She continues to serve a senior clientele from diverse industries across South East Asia and India, including Information Technology, Aerospace, Primary Metals & Mining, Shipping & Logistics, High-end Furniture Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Real Estate, Small & Medium Enterprises in India, Manufacturing & Education, Start-ups, and Education.

Madhuri is fearless by nature and has a solid creative streak which manifests in her storytelling, puppeteering, and training. She has co-authored two international bestsellers: The Shakti Awakening and Coach Wisdom Volume III.
