John Serrao, MCC, is an ICF Master Certified Coach. John comes with a finance Background and before entering the world of Coaching, he has worked with many MNCs and large Corporates. He started his own training & facilitation company working with participants across the globe. John is a certified Master Coach from ICF, and a certified Mentor Coach. Additionally, he is also certified for Deep Coaching helping him make a deep impact in his coaching. His style is one laced with plenty of humour and fun bringing a high degree of lightness in his workshops and coaching sessions. John comes with a rich experience of over 17 years of training, facilitation and coaching. He is currently mentoring coaches in addition to doing pro-bono coach training and coaching to help young professionals in their personal and professional lives.
In his personal life, John is a very avid reader, golfer and saxophonist. He has been playing golf and the sax for about 25 years now and is an active member of his church choir and band. John has regularly done pro bono training work at his church as well as at an NGO that he used to volunteer.

Ave Peetri, has been a corporate executive working for The Coca-Cola Company and other international and local companies across USA and Europe. She has also created 2 of her own, one a consulting company and the other an e-commerce startup that was sold to a competitor. Experiencing the fast-paced life of executives and seeing the decisions that are made in top positions started her passion for developing leadership and working with entrepreneurs, executives, and teams.
In 2013, Ave started her own coaching company in Canada, coaching entrepreneurs on how to grow their business and develop themselves as leaders. Ave is a graduate of CTI Co-Active Coaching and Leadership course. She was credentialed as the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by International Coach Federation in 2017 and acquired the Certificate in Systemic Team Coaching in 2018.
Ave has been based in Oman since 2016, where she is working as an Executive and Team Coach and is volunteering as the President of ICF Oman Chapter. The company where she coached senior leaders individually and in teams, received an Honorary Mention on the 2020 ICF Middle East Prism Award. The first company and coach in Oman to receive this honor.

Prof. Philippe Rosinski, MCC, is considered the pioneer of intercultural and global coaching. He is the author of two seminal books, Coaching Across Cultures and Global Coaching. For almost 30 years and across continents, Philippe has helped people and organizations thrive and make a positive difference in the world.
Philippe is a world authority in executive coaching, team coaching, and global leadership development. He is the first European to have been designated Master Certified Coach by the International Coach Federation. He has also developed an integrative coaching supervision approach.
Philippe is the principal of Rosinski & Company, a consultancy based in Belgium with partners around the globe, and a professor at the Kenichi Ohmae Graduate School of Business in Tokyo, Japan. He intervenes in several other academic institutions including HEC Paris and the University of Cambridge.
He is the co-author of over 10 books including Evidence Based Coaching Handbook and Mastering Executive Coaching, and the author of the Cultural Orientations Framework (COF) assessment.

Executive & Systemic Coach (ICF ACC)
Gregory, is a family and organizational systemic constellations facilitator. Gregory designs and delivers programs for participants to develop their systemic leadership and to take the systemic intelligence back to their everyday life and work.
Gregory believes that people and organizations thrive sustainably by developing harmonious relationships within their ecosystem.
Before launching his own practice, Gregory was holding managing roles in MNCs and SMEs as well as HR & leadership development consulting companies. Originally from France, Gregory has a deep understanding of Asian working environments from my 23-year working experience in China and Southeast Asia.
Gregory started his systemic learning journey in 2004. He completed his systemic constellations studies at Hellinger France, Hellinger Taiwan and TAOS Institute, among others. He also works with COF Assessment (Cultural Orientations Framework), TCI Team Diagnostic, Hogan Assessment, MBTI, Action Learning Coaching and Co-active Coaching. He holds the ACC credential issued by the ICF.
Linda McLoughlin, MBS BA HDE MCC is an award-winning coach and founder of LeadershipWorks specializing in coach training; executive education and gender intelligence. Linda is a serving member of the ICF Global Board of Directors 2019-2021. She was awarded 'Coach of the Year' and 'Mentor Coach of the Year’ and is an accredited Master Certified Coach and a licensed facilitator of a range of psychometrics. She is based between Dublin and Dubai.
Linda was a previous Board member of ICF Ireland Chapter and is very active in the UAE Chapter. Linda is an expert in executive and leadership development and has worked across Europe; the Middle East; Africa; USA and South America. She is co-author of two books on leadership and reforms in public services.

Rekha, is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from International Coach Federation (ICF) with more than 150 hours of coaching individuals and teams in areas of Executive, Leadership, Performance, Life and Diversity Coaching. She is also a NLP Practitioner graduated from Christ University. As a coach her passion lies in working with people across life ages to facilitate life transformation, focuses on the ‘who’ of the person and empowering them to identify their potential and take actions towards a happy and successful future.
Rekha is an HR Professional with 14+ years of experience in talent management and talent acquisition.
She has various affiliations and credentials to her Credit viz. member of Global International Coach Federation, NHRWA & NHRD; Theory U Lab; HOGAN Assessments; Competency Based Interviewing Skills; CPI Career Transition Consultant.
Alka has over 20 years of experience working in People Development-as a Coach, Facilitator and a leader. With over 3,000 hours of coaching practice, she is ICF credentialed at PCC level.
She is one of the Founding Members of Magic Bus, a leading global non-profit organization. Alka spearheaded the program development, operations & training vertical until 2012 when she moved out of the structure as Chief Program Officer. She was honored with the L’Oreal Femina ‘Woman of the Year’ award in the same year for her contribution to the field of education.
At present she works as a coach and facilitator to the corporate and social sectors and as a strategic advisor to the latter. She believes her strengths to be leadership skills, strategy, emotional wisdom and building meaningful relationships. Her personal mission at present is to revive the contributions of ancient Indian ideologies, especially Yoga Psychology into mainstream global leadership and coaching practice. She is a speaker and presenter at several public forums like ICF, APAC, IAF etc. Her clients include senior executives from large companies and several global social sector organizations.
Alka is on the Board of ‘We the People’, a NGO that helps initiate exploration, understanding & action towards active and responsible citizenship and also of Devrai Art Village, a non-profit that works with tribal craftsmen. Presently, she is also pursuing her Masters in Leadership Science from the Mumbai University.

Atul, PCC and mentor coach, has over 19 years’ experience in coaching and in developing leaders, teams and organizations. His clients include some of India’s best known companies across different industry segments and management levels. A Chartered Accountant, his long previous experience (16 years) in industry - in consulting, IT and advertising – gives him a practical, results oriented approach that is grounded in a business context. Atul believes in the usefulness of a data driven style and values the use of assessments. With this as a foundation, the coaching engagement however is eclectic and may include influences as varied as Indian philosophy, mainstream management practice, NLP or TA to name just a few.
Apart from his work in India, he has delivered extensively abroad - in the UK, Europe and the Middle and Far East. He has been on the Subject Matter Expert panel for Learning and Development of SHRM, India. For several years, he was a guest faculty at the University of Lancaster (St.Martin’s College) where he taught the M.A. programme in Development Training.
He left Mumbai and the corporate world in 1996 as CEO of two of Grey Advertising India’s divisions, to settle down in Panchgani from where he now operates.
