A dynamic coach and a facilitator, Amine brings together a rich multicultural, and diverse international business background covering the Americas, Africa, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
Living in Singapore, he has over 25 years of business experience, which includes individual and team coaching for high performance and leadership development. He has also designed and delivered several programs such as service quality management, conflict management, train the trainer, professional presentation skills, people and performance management, and Safety leadership.
He has been an associate coach with the Centre for Creative Leadership – CCL. He also delivered work for private Banking, Hospitality, Insurance, Education, and Health sectors.
Fluent in English, French, and Arabic, Amine delivers training and coaching in those languages. Flexible and accommodating, he believes in people’s potential. He particularly enjoys training and coaching in multicultural environments and does his best to bridge the gaps.
Previously, Amine held the role of Learning and Development Manager for APAC in a hospitality company. His purpose was to work closely and to coach senior managers to implement and execute global plans that cover all aspects of human development.
Amine holds a Master’s degree in Hospitality and tourism Management and BA in Human Resources. In 2004 and 2005, he lectured at the University of Paris XII on Management and Leadership for a degree course.

Cheong Choy Kiew
Choy Kiew has more than 30 years of working experience in senior leadership positions across Asia Pacific, Europe, and South Africa, primarily in the Research & Development function within the pharmaceutical industry.
She had her first coaching experience when she was assigned an Executive Coach to further develop her leadership skills. She then went on a journey to learn everything she could to develop her coaching skills, working as an internal coach for more than 10 years before leaving the corporate world and becoming a full-time coach in 2019.
An avid writer, Choy Kiew published her first book “Into the WILD; Creating a Coaching Culture at the Workplace” in 2021. She published her second book “Nyonya Puteh” in 2022.
Cassandra Nadira Lee
With 20 years of experience in leadership roles in the banking and FMCGindustries. She specializes in performance, leadership and transformationcoaching. She works with international clients in the Asia Pacific region.
Cassandra loves people and is curious about them. She believes that humanhas unlimited potential, and upon the right unleashing, human shines beyond their own imagination in creating phenomenal personal and professional results.
Cassandra is an Professional Certified Coach with International Coaching Federation (ICF), Newfield Certified Coach (NCC™) and Certified Global Provider for Tension Release Exercise (TRE®). She also holds the certification of Registered Management Consultant (RMC) with the Institute of Management Consultant.
She is also trained in team coaching and emotional intelligence, thus amalgamating the holistic approach of body, emotion, mind and language inworking with her clients.
Cassandra is the lead author of the Wellbeing chapter in the V20 2022communique and the only delegate from Singapore. V20 (Values 20) is aglobal community of values experts and practitioners that seeks to activelyengage with the Group of Twenty (G20). The G20 or Group of Twenty is anintergovernmental forum comprising 19 countries and the European Union. Itworks to address major issues related to the global economy, such as international financial stability, climate change mitigation, and sustainable development.
Dr Jane Tuomola
Dr Jane Tuomola has her own company in Singapore where she has worked for over 10 years. She has worked as a Clinical Psychologist (specializing in adult mental health) for almost 20 years and as a Life and Executive Coach for over 10 years. She is a PCC with ICF, SP with EMCC and is an accredited Coaching Supervisor (EMCC – ESIA). She has over 2,000 hours of coaching experience. She is a Trainer, Coaching Supervisor, and Mentor Coach with the Academy of Solution-Focused Training in Singapore and Solutions Academy in Germany.
Jane’s particular passion and area of expertise is helping coaches develop their practice through reflection and supervision. She has been a clinical supervisor since 2006 and a coaching supervisor since 2018. She offers both individual and group supervision, as well as teaching supervision to therapists and coaches. She is interested in working cross-culturally and is co-editor of the book Solution Focused Practice in Asia. She is currently working on two other books: Solution-Focused Coaching in Asia and Solution-Focused Coaching Supervision, due to be published in mid-2024

Professional Leadership Coach
Arvind Ramasundaram is the Director – Coaching with Coach-To-Transformation. He is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Mentor Coach conducting the coach training programs for CTT in India and abroad. He has clocked in 2200+ hours of coaching in his career and currently 2700+ hours of mentor coaching supporting more than 175 corporate leaders and individuals in discovering their path of coaching.
He was an HR professional with 15 years of industry experience in capacities such as HR site leader, Sr. Manager, and Business partner. Worked with companies like Mphasis, Sungard, Symphony Services and Intel in domains/verticals – BPO, Analytics and Financial Services, Product and Engineering groups. As part of his journey in HR, he has managed large and mid-size organizations responsible for 1500+ employees. Well versed in dealing with business leaders at all levels across the globe with varied teams and cultures.
He ran his own coaching efforts in these organizations on a 1×1 and group coaching basis. He has personally been part of several mergers and acquisitions in his organizations where he led the change management efforts through coaching for culture, vision and OD interventions for his business groups.
He holds a Master’s in Financial Management and Foreign Trade with Loyola Institute of Business Administration, Chennai and Pondicherry University respectively. He is a CC certified Toastmaster – managed corporate toastmaster clubs and is certified in Crucial Conversations. He was also a city host for a group of 50 members under Live Your Legend initiative which inculcated members to pursue their passion in 2014.
He is an avid movie buff and a music enthusiast. He lives in Coimbatore, Tamilnadu.
For a man who resigned his corporate job to pursue his passion for Training and impacting people’s lives, Vivek is someone who strives to practice what he preaches! In fact, he sees this as the biggest reason for the continued success of his programs because he is able to share real-life experiences with his audience and that brings an instant connect!
With 27+ years of total experience in Corporate and L/D space, Vivek these days focuses on Executive Coaching and Leadership Development work at Senior and Top Management. He spent around 14 yrs into IT field in – India – US – UK – China executing various roles from programmer to Project Manager to ERP Consultant to Account Manager to Global Process Lead; Since 2007 he is working in L/D and OD space.
He is a PCC accredited Coach from ICF; he has additional certifications in Mentor Coaching, MBTI , TTT , Experiential Education and many more. By education, he is gold medallist engineer with masters from IIT Chennai.
This man of many talents is an avid magician especially doling out tricks for his kids. Vivek is a theatre artist and numismatist too. But his biggest passion lies in taking the benefits of corporate training to families and positively impacting their happiness quotient, one family at a time. He is also very active with Social Organizations and is often invited to be a key-note speaker for a number of NGOs due to his ability to motivate the audience!

Anita is an ICF Master Certified Coach & an EMCC Senior Practitioner. Today, she wears two hats – one of a Trainer & a Mentor Coach, and the other of an Executive Leadership Coach. She believes that these hats allow her to blend the coaching industry experience with the learning from the ever-evolving world of training.
Being passionate about contributing to the global coaching community, Anita also works on initiatives at ICF as well as EMCC.
Anita brings in 30+ years of corporate experience, wherein she played leadership roles across start-ups, medium & large sized global organizations. She has led Strategic Business Units, Global HR, Operations & Engineering, with her teams spread across India, US, Europe and APAC.
In her role as a Leadership coach (internal as well as external), she has coached across leadership levels in Technology/Telecom, Digital marketing, Manufacturing, Automobiles, Big 4 Consulting, Financial & Insurance and Development & capacity building sectors. Apart from individual coaching, Anita has been involved with designing and delivering Group coaching interventions including Diversity & Inclusion and “Leader as a Coach” to create an integrated culture of coaching.
Anita’s approach to coach training is that of partnering to create an experiential learning space for individual & collective growth. She supports each coach in their unique learning style, bringing in engaging conversations with the necessary element of fun & enthusiasm. Saraswathi G. Anand

Saraswathi Anand, is an ICF credentialed MCC coach and a Systemic Team Coaching Practitioner, with over 14+ years of experience and over 2500 hours of coaching corporate leaders. Her experience with corporates spans over 20+ years of experience in the area of Whole Systems Transformation. She has worked with organizations like Eicher Consultancy Services (now part of PwC) and with British Oxygen Company (now part of the Linde Group). Her experience spans a variety of industries like Consulting and Advisory Services, IT & ITES, BFSI, Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals, Logistics, FMCG etc, to name a few. She is also a certified (Genos) Emotional Intelligence Practitioner.
Integrating her experience as a Whole Systems Transformation practitioner and her philosophy of “collaborating to co-create change”, Saraswathi works at three levels; the individual, team and at the organization level. She uses her integrated approach in coaching; senior leaders to define their leadership style, teams to move to high performing and high value creating teams, and organizations to embrace and sustain change.

Venkat is an ICF-credentialed PCC coach and after having worked in leadership positions in the corporate world, he decided it was time to pursue his passion for Coaching and Training.
In his work as a coach, he supports corporate executives realize their potential, perform at their best, and become impactful leaders. He also works with executives who feel stuck, stressed, and low on confidence to get their mojo back and grow into larger roles in their careers.
Venkat believes that every individual has the potential within them that can be awakened with some deep exploration. He also believes in the innate genius of each of his clients and holds the space for them to express themselves.
Venkat is a Chartered Accountant, with an MBA in Marketing, with over 30 years of experience in Finance and 18 years in Human Resources across various industries in India, Singapore, and Dubai, and has worked in both, early stage, and established companies.
Apart from being a credentialed coach from the ICF, he is also a certified NLP Practitioner, Organizational Development Coach, Organizational Culture Consultant, Systemic Team Coach, and a PCC Assessor.
A published author of two books, ‘Essays on Managing, Leading and Coaching’ and ‘Finding Vishnugupta,’ Venkat enjoys reading on a wide range of topics from crime fiction to philosophy, listening to music (a die-hard Kishore Kumar fan), and occasionally immerses himself in oil painting.
Dr. Shiji Lyndon
Dr. Shiji Lyndon is an Associate Professor in the OB & HRM area at K J Somaiya Institute of Management (KJSIM), Mumbai. She has a Ph.D. in leadership from IIT Bombay. She is certified in Mixed Methods Research from St. Gallen University, Switzerland.
Shiji is a Professionally Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She has facilitated more than 700 hours of client coaching. Shiji is also a trainer for faculty and has conducted Faculty Development Programmes for various leading business schools and universities such as IIT Bombay, Christ University, Mumbai University, and Kannur University. Shiji is a visiting faculty at IIM Kozhikode, SP Jain Institute of Management and Research (SPJIMR), and Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA).
Dr. Gaurav Manohar Marathe
Dr. Gaurav Manohar Marathe is currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Organizational Behaviour area at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ranchi. He holds a doctoral degree, “Fellow of Management,” from XLRI School of Business Management, with a specialization in Leadership and Organizational Behaviour. His educational background also includes a Bachelor of Engineering from the College of Engineering, Pune.
Additionally, he has shared his insights and ideas in well-recognized TEDx saloon forums and has been recognized as the “Inside IIM Professor of the Year” by students for his unique teaching style and dedication to his field.
