Anita is an ICF Master Certified Coach & an EMCC Senior Practitioner. Today, she wears two hats – one of a Trainer & a Mentor Coach, and the other of an Executive Leadership Coach. She believes that these hats allow her to blend the coaching industry experience with the learning from the ever-evolving world of training.
Being passionate about contributing to the global coaching community, Anita also works on initiatives at ICF as well as EMCC.
Anita brings in 30+ years of corporate experience, wherein she played leadership roles across start-ups, medium & large sized global organizations. She has led Strategic Business Units, Global HR, Operations & Engineering, with her teams spread across India, US, Europe and APAC.
In her role as a Leadership coach (internal as well as external), she has coached across leadership levels in Technology/Telecom, Digital marketing, Manufacturing, Automobiles, Big 4 Consulting, Financial & Insurance and Development & capacity building sectors. Apart from individual coaching, Anita has been involved with designing and delivering Group coaching interventions including Diversity & Inclusion and “Leader as a Coach” to create an integrated culture of coaching.
Anita’s approach to coach training is that of partnering to create an experiential learning space for individual & collective growth. She supports each coach in their unique learning style, bringing in engaging conversations with the necessary element of fun & enthusiasm. As she says, “in the class we unlearn, share, laugh, work, bond for life, respect,…. and learning happens!”

She is an ICF, Professional Certified Coach (PCC) , Results trained coach from NeuroLeadership Institute (UK) and Accelium Certified Gamification Facilitator. She has also done an Executive Program in General Management from Sloan School of Management, Massachusetts Institute of Technology (US).

She has successfully leveraged real world corporate experience to effectively help leaders grow & optimize their full potential. Saraswathi G. Anand

Executive & Leadership and Whole Systems Coach
Saraswathi Anand, is an ICF credentialed MCC coach and a Systemic Team Coaching Practitioner, with over 14+ years of experience and over 2500 hours of coaching corporate leaders. Her experience with corporates spans over 20+ years of experience in the area of Whole Systems Transformation. She has worked with organizations like Eicher Consultancy Services (now part of PwC) and with British Oxygen Company (now part of the Linde Group). Her experience spans a variety of industries like Consulting and Advisory Services, IT & ITES, BFSI, Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals, Logistics, FMCG etc, to name a few. She is also a certified (Genos) Emotional Intelligence Practitioner.
Integrating her experience as a Whole Systems Transformation practitioner and her philosophy of “collaborating to co-create change”, Saraswathi works at three levels; the individual, team and at the organization level. She uses her integrated approach in coaching; senior leaders to define their leadership style, teams to move to high performing and high value creating teams, and organizations to embrace and sustain change.

She has been part of the founding members of the ICF Mumbai Chapter and has volunteered for 2 terms as Secretary and Director Programs. Saraswathi has partnered with NGOs such as Mumbai Mobile Creches on strategic organizational transformation journey as her endeavour to partner for social impact.
For a man who resigned his corporate job to pursue his passion for Training and impacting people’s lives, Vivek is someone who strives to practice what he preaches! In fact, he sees this as the biggest reason for the continued success of his programs because he is able to share real-life experiences with his audience and that brings an instant connect!
With 27+ years of total experience in Corporate and L/D space, Vivek these days focuses on Executive Coaching and Leadership Development work at Senior and Top Management. He spent around 14 yrs into IT field in – India – US – UK – China executing various roles from programmer to Project Manager to ERP Consultant to Account Manager to Global Process Lead; Since 2007 he is working in L/D and OD space.
He is a PCC accredited Coach from ICF; he has additional certifications in Mentor Coaching, MBTI , TTT , Experiential Education and many more. By education, he is gold medallist engineer with masters from IIT Chennai.
This man of many talents is an avid magician especially doling out tricks for his kids. Vivek is a theatre artist and numismatist too. But his biggest passion lies in taking the benefits of corporate training to families and positively impacting their happiness quotient, one family at a time. He is also very active with Social Organizations and is often invited to be a key-note speaker for a number of NGOs due to his ability to motivate the audience!
Director - Coaching
Arvind Ramasundaram is the Director – Coaching with Coach-To-Transformation. He is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Mentor Coach conducting the coach training programs for CTT in India and abroad. He has clocked in 1100+ hours of coaching in his career and currently 1800+ hours of mentor coaching supporting more than 175 corporate leaders and individuals in discovering their path of coaching.
He was an HR professional with 15 years of industry experience in capacities such as HR site leader, Sr. Manager, and Business partner. Worked with companies like Mphasis, Sungard, Symphony Services and Intel in domains/verticals – BPO, Analytics and Financial Services, Product and Engineering groups. As part of his journey in HR, he has managed large and mid-size organizations responsible for 1500+ employees. Well versed in dealing with business leaders at all levels across the globe with varied teams and cultures.
He ran his own coaching efforts in these organizations on a 1×1 and group coaching basis. He has personally been part of several mergers and acquisitions in his organizations where he led the change management efforts through coaching for culture, vision and OD interventions for his business groups.
He holds a Master’s in Financial Management and Foreign Trade with Loyola Institute of Business Administration, Chennai and Pondicherry University respectively. He is a CC certified Toastmaster – managed corporate toastmaster clubs and is certified in Crucial Conversations. He was also a city host for a group of 50 members under Live Your Legend initiative which inculcated members to pursue their passion in 2014.
He is an avid movie buff and a music enthusiast. He lives in Coimbatore, Tamilnadu.
Anuradha Sant, has been a HR professional all her life with a career spanning to 30 years. Has been a managing partner leading a boutique HR consulting firm, a corporate leader heading the HR function in large MNCs and now a Master Certified Leadership & Executive Coach (MCC) and a certified Mentor Coach with over 4000+ coaching hours. She is also passionate about training & facilitation work in the area of Organizational & Leadership Development. She volunteers with a coach community in India and is currently the Director-Learning Management Group with the ICF Mumbai Chapter; trying to evangelize Coaching and make it a vital part of our society, enabling people to be a better version of themselves. With her rich stint as an Entrepreneur, in Consulting, in the Corporate world with large MNCs, as an Internal Coach and now an External Coach; she has effectively worked on both sides of the table and is thus able to understand better this world, perspectives and situations, enabling hereto partner with clients in the most impactful way. She is based in Mumbai, India.
