  • Anita Gupta

    Executive Leadership Coach (ICF MCC) & Trainer and Mentor coach

    Anita is an ICF Master Certified Coach & an EMCC Senior Practitioner. Today, she wears two hats – one of a Trainer & a Mentor Coach, and the other of an Executive Leadership Coach. She believes that these hats allow her to blend the coaching industry experience with the learning from the ever-evolving world of training.
    Being passionate about contributing to the global coaching community, Anita also works on initiatives at ICF as well as EMCC.

    Anita brings in 30+ years of corporate experience, wherein she played leadership roles across start-ups, medium & large sized global organizations. She has led Strategic Business Units, Global HR, Operations & Engineering, with her teams spread across India, US, Europe and APAC.

    In her role as a Leadership coach (internal as well as external), she has coached across leadership levels in Technology/Telecom, Digital marketing, Manufacturing, Automobiles, Big 4 Consulting, Financial & Insurance and Development & capacity building sectors. Apart from individual coaching, Anita has been involved with designing and delivering Group coaching interventions including Diversity & Inclusion and “Leader as a Coach” to create an integrated culture of coaching.

    Anita’s approach to coach training is that of partnering to create an experiential learning space for individual & collective growth. She supports each coach in their unique learning style, bringing in engaging conversations with the necessary element of fun & enthusiasm. As she says, “in the class we unlearn, share, laugh, work, bond for life, respect,…. and learning happens!”

  • Prof. Philippe Rosinski

    Prof. Philippe Rosinski, MCC, is considered the pioneer of intercultural and global coaching. He is the author of two seminal books, Coaching Across Cultures and Global Coaching. For almost 30 years and across continents, Philippe has helped people and organizations thrive and make a positive difference in the world.

    Philippe is a world authority in executive coaching, team coaching, and global leadership development. He is the first European to have been designated Master Certified Coach by the International Coaching Federation. He has also developed an integrative coaching supervision approach.

    Philippe is the principal of Rosinski & Company, a consultancy based in Belgium with partners around the globe, and a professor at the Kenichi Ohmae Graduate School of Business in Tokyo, Japan. He intervenes in several other academic institutions including HEC Paris and the University of Cambridge.

    He is the co-author of over 10 books including Evidence Based Coaching Handbook and Mastering Executive Coaching, and the author of the Cultural Orientations Framework (COF) assessment.

    A Master of Science from Stanford University, Philippe has received numerous awards including the Thinkers50 Marshall Goldsmith Leading Global Coaches Award (London, 2019).

    Alex Khrapov, is a PhD and certified coach (MCC, ICF) and certified Master Trainer (ATD). He is an expert in helping coaches bridge the gap between becoming a coach and building a thriving coaching business.

    He is an Entrepreneur since 30 years. Started an own businesses in Russia (Retail), Sweden (Manufacturing), Brazil (International Trade, Marketing), Switzerland (Financial, Stocks trading), Spain (Coaching, Training). He was speaker at ICE ATD Conferences 2015, 2016, 2017. Alex believes he has got two Ph.Ds in my live: one in theoretical nuclear physics and the second one in “dealing with uncertainty and making changes” and he most values the second one!

    Rekha, is an Executive Coach and HR Professional with 15 years of professional experience across industries in human resource function.     As a certified coach with more than 200 hours of coaching, she continues to work with individuals and teams in areas of Executive, Leadership, Transitioning through Change and Careers, Performance, Life & Diversity leaders across management levels in organizations which includes both individual contributors and leaders managing small to larger teams across industries like Consulting, FMCG, Manufacturing, Engineering, Education, Technology, BFSI, Not-for-Profits’, Start-Ups etc to name a few.

  • Alka Shesha


    Leadership Coach

    Alka has over 20 years of experience working in People Development-as a Coach, Facilitator and a leader. With over 3,000 hours of coaching practice, she is ICF credentialed at PCC level.

    She is one of the Founding Members of Magic Bus, a leading global non-profit organization. Alka spearheaded the program development, operations & training vertical until 2012 when she moved out of the structure as Chief Program Officer. She was honored with the L’Oreal Femina ‘Woman of the Year’ award in the same year for her contribution to the field of education.

    At present she works as a coach and facilitator to the corporate and social sectors and as a strategic advisor to the latter. She believes her strengths to be leadership skills, strategy, emotional wisdom and building meaningful relationships. Her personal mission at present is to revive the contributions of ancient Indian ideologies, especially Yoga Psychology into mainstream global leadership and coaching practice. She is a speaker and presenter at several public forums like ICF, APAC, IAF etc. Her clients include senior executives from large companies and several global social sector organizations.

    Alka is on the Board of ‘We the People’, a NGO that helps initiate exploration, understanding & action towards active and responsible citizenship and also of Devrai Art Village, a non-profit that works with tribal craftsmen. Presently, she is also pursuing her Masters in Leadership Science from the Mumbai University.

  • Atul Mathur


    Leadership Coach

    Atul, PCC and mentor coach, has over 19 years’ experience in coaching and in developing leaders, teams and organizations. His clients include some of India’s best known companies across different industry segments and management levels. A Chartered Accountant, his long previous experience (16 years) in industry – in consulting, IT and advertising – gives him a practical, results oriented approach that is grounded in a business context. Atul believes in the usefulness of a data driven style and values the use of assessments. With this as a foundation, the coaching engagement however is eclectic and may include influences as varied as Indian philosophy, mainstream management practice, NLP or TA to name just a few.

    Apart from his work in India, he has delivered extensively abroad – in the UK, Europe and the Middle and Far East. He has been on the Subject Matter Expert panel for Learning and Development of SHRM, India. For several years, he was a guest faculty at the University of Lancaster (St.Martin’s College) where he taught the M.A. programme in Development Training.

    He left Mumbai and the corporate world in 1996 as CEO of two of Grey Advertising India’s divisions, to settle down in Panchgani from where he now operates.

    Saraswathi Anand, is an ICF credentialed MCC coach and a Systemic Team Coaching Practitioner, with over 14+ years of experience and over 2500 hours of coaching corporate leaders.  Her experience with corporates spans over 20+ years of experience in the area of Whole Systems Transformation. She has worked with organizations like Eicher Consultancy Services (now part of PwC) and with British Oxygen Company (now part of the Linde Group).  Her experience spans a variety of industries like Consulting and Advisory Services, IT & ITES, BFSI, Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals, Logistics, FMCG etc, to name a few.  She is also a certified (Genos) Emotional Intelligence Practitioner.

    Integrating her experience as a Whole Systems Transformation practitioner and her philosophy of “collaborating to co-create change”, Saraswathi works at three levels; the individual, team and at the organization level.  She uses her integrated approach in coaching; senior leaders to define their leadership style, teams to move to high performing and high value creating teams, and organizations to embrace and sustain change.

    For a man who resigned his corporate job to pursue his passion for Training and impacting people’s lives, Vivek is someone who strives to practice what he preaches! In fact, he sees this as the biggest reason for the continued success of his programs because he is able to share real-life experiences with his audience and that brings an instant connect!

    With 27+ years of total experience in Corporate and L/D space, Vivek these days focuses on Executive Coaching and Leadership Development work at Senior and Top Management. He spent around 14 yrs into IT field in – India – US – UK – China executing various roles from programmer to Project Manager to ERP Consultant to Account Manager to Global Process Lead; Since 2007 he is working in L/D and OD space.

    He is a PCC accredited Coach from ICF; he has additional certifications in Mentor Coaching, MBTI , TTT , Experiential Education and many more. By education, he is gold medallist engineer with masters from IIT Chennai.

    This man of many talents is an avid magician especially doling out tricks for his kids. Vivek is a theatre artist and numismatist too. But his biggest passion lies in taking the benefits of corporate training to families and positively impacting their happiness quotient, one family at a time. He is also very active with Social Organizations and is often invited to be a key-note speaker for a number of NGOs due to his ability to motivate the audience!
