Jose De Sousa comes with a rich professional experience of 25 years. Based in Lisbon, Portugal, Jose holds the ACC (Associate Certified Coach) credential from the ICF (International Coach Federation). He has his own Executive coaching, consulting, speaking and training practice, based in Portugal, with operations at a global level. After receiving the Internal Coach Training in 2008, José has found a true passion in Coaching and was a passionate supporter of Coaching programs in the HP Coaching Network, having delivered more than 250 hours of coaching to colleagues and Directors in the US, Spain, Brazil, Germany, Mexico, Italy, UK, India and Portugal.
In his time at HP, in addition to his role in Finance, José was an internal coach, and created and led the HP Coaching Network NeuroLeadership Special Interest Group. Currently Jose has delivered more than 500 hours of coaching to clients across the globe. As a speaker, he shares his knowledge mainly in the areas of Organizational Change. Currently based in Bangkok, she works as a coach and facilitator for the corporate and social sectors throughout Southeast Asia and as an executive member of the coaching community she co-founded (Bangkok Coaching Circle). Fabienne’s specializes today in developing purposeful leadership skills based on the Yoga Psychology to coaching.
Fabienne holds a Master’s in Psychology from Brussels University (ULB) and a Master in Business Administration (Solvay Business School-Brussels). ICF Certified Coach, Masters degree in Systemic Thinking
Renée is a Professional ICF Certified Coach with a Masters degree in Systemic Thinking. She is a partner in Integral Coaching Africa, which aims to bring rigour and compassion to the field of coaching to meet executive leadership development needs through learning partnerships in Africa and beyond. Her journey as an internal coach started in 2003 and her professional journey in 2010. She currently has over 1700 hours of coaching experience.
Renée built a corporate career, spanning 25 years, in the Mining and Financial Services sectors and then in FMCG at British American Tobacco. She held senior executive positions as Global Head of Business Information for Marketing and Regional Head of IT for Africa Middle East. Renée has coached Directors from the c-suite of a global company through to e-MBA programme students at Graduate School of Business, Cape Town. She has worked with School of Business, Stellenbosch University to assess their Master’s degree in Management Coaching for ICF accreditation readiness. She has worked as a mentor Coach for the ICF and for the South Africa College of Applied Psychology. She is also trained as a coach supervisor Renée has extensive expatriate experience, having lived in the UK, Nigeria, Egypt and now Bangladesh. She has also worked with clients across Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
She is fluent in English and Afrikaans, with a good grasp of Dutch and German. She loves yoga, exercising, being outdoors, travel, gardening and working with people.
