About the Speaker: Aseem Soni is the CEO & Board Member of Modern Foods. His journey spans ~30 years across various functions, different companies, diverse categories and varied cultures. His last 15 years have been spent at Senior Management levels where he was engaged in getting the best out of teams of all ‘shapes and sizes’.

Aseem prides himself in delivering on the back of an appropriate business model, the right processes, with tracking mechanisms that more ‘aid’ and less ‘police’. His leadership style is unimposing, watchful and supportive, with a view on long term sustainability. He respects growth that comes on the back of meticulous planning, strong commitment and a few failures! In this webinar Aseem shall share leadership lessons from FMCG perspective.
