I was thinking to take a leap in my career with an objective to enhance my wisdom while working with people from all walks of life and to expand my horizon in the professional network.   During this process, a very close associate suggested and gave an answer to my thinking process and the answer was COACHING. I started enquiring about various organizations and especially the people with whom I can relate my vision and take my thought process into the relevant direction.
I found many such organizations and fortunately I was able to choose the best for myself.  During the journey, I really got to know what Coaching meant to my purpose of taking a leap.
The complete process gave an intense understanding of me and I was even able to witness a transforming impact on my vision and wisdom. The process helped me even to explore new tools for deeper understanding of self and even for the coachee with whom coaching can be done. Though I was in a habit of listening already, but during the process, the change in listening style had a huge impact on my reflection, I was made independent in order to start my coaching journey in the outside world and the process also made me learn to make myself free from any external validation for self. The experience made me believe that it’s the transformation from within, which is the ultimate essence of coaching.
Every session was worth attending and every session gave lot of insight about coaching and its competencies. The process made me independent and capable to plan my coaching future well. During all my months of interaction, I was amazed to witness how the concept of coaching has positively impacted my other professional ventures which were established from past two decades. Though I was always confident of my work before the coaching program, but the slow and steady movement within self during the journey had made me complete.
The essence of coaching has taught me to move ahead without any anxiety of performing at each and every stage. It teaches you to believe and have trust in your movement which you have created for yourself and the movement has a long lasting impact on all aspects of life. It’s a very powerful shift of mind which takes an individual all together into a new horizon of thinking and looking at life.
