Coaching and My journey of self-discovery (Spiritual)
- Sep 02nd 2019
I was/am at the crossroad of my life where I have started to reflect and introspect on trying to seek responses to some deeper questions in life. Who am I? What do I want to be? What is the purpose of my life? How are small things in my life connected with the larger picture?
In my pursuit to seek answers to all the questions which I had, I started to engage with likeminded people, started reading a lot of books on spirituality and watching videos of Yogic and Spiritual masters. Now I was convinced that maybe I will find my answers in this zone. However, I did not know how to start, where and when to start. Dr Lipton is a world-renowned Microbiologist and someone who has done a in-depth research on Genetics leading to Consciousness and a very scientific way of understand things which ultimately leads to consciousness and the world od seeking/spirituality. This also led to the understanding of the fact that we are all manifestation of energy, and why positive reverberations are essential in life. The CTT process also helped me to hone my ability to ask questions (to self and others) in a very simple yet powerful manner which
Also empowers the person/coachee. I have also been humbled and privileged to have peers who helped and continue to help me in peer to peer sessions in terms of conversations and giving candid and developmental feedback.
