A dynamic coach and a facilitator, Amine brings together a rich multicultural, and diverse international business background covering the Americas, Africa, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
Living in Singapore, he has over 25 years of business experience, which includes individual and team coaching for high performance and leadership development. He has also designed and delivered several programs such as service quality management, conflict management, train the trainer, professional presentation skills, people and performance management, and Safety leadership.
He has been an associate coach with the Centre for Creative Leadership – CCL. He also delivered work for private Banking, Hospitality, Insurance, Education, and Health sectors.
Fluent in English, French, and Arabic, Amine delivers training and coaching in those languages. Flexible and accommodating, he believes in people’s potential. He particularly enjoys training and coaching in multicultural environments and does his best to bridge the gaps.
Previously, Amine held the role of Learning and Development Manager for APAC in a hospitality company. His purpose was to work closely and to coach senior managers to implement and execute global plans that cover all aspects of human development.
Amine holds a Master’s degree in Hospitality and tourism Management and BA in Human Resources. In 2004 and 2005, he lectured at the University of Paris XII on Management and Leadership for a degree course.

Choy Kiew has more than 30 years of working experience in senior leadership positions across Asia Pacific, Europe, and South Africa, primarily in the Research & Development function within the pharmaceutical industry.
She had her first coaching experience when she was assigned an Executive Coach to further develop her leadership skills. She then went on a journey to learn everything she could to develop her coaching skills, working as an internal coach for more than 10 years before leaving the corporate world and becoming a full-time coach in 2019.
An avid writer, Choy Kiew published her first book “Into the WILD; Creating a Coaching Culture at the Workplace” in 2021. She published her second book “Nyonya Puteh” in 2022.
Dr Jane Tuomola

Dr Jane Tuomola has her own company in Singapore where she has worked for over 10 years. She has worked as a Clinical Psychologist (specializing in adult mental health) for almost 20 years and as a Life and Executive Coach for over 10 years. She is a PCC with ICF, SP with EMCC and is an accredited Coaching Supervisor (EMCC – ESIA). She has over 2,000 hours of coaching experience. She is a Trainer, Coaching Supervisor, and Mentor Coach with the Academy of Solution-Focused Training in Singapore and Solutions Academy in Germany.
Jane’s particular passion and area of expertise is helping coaches develop their practice through reflection and supervision. She has been a clinical supervisor since 2006 and a coaching supervisor since 2018. She offers both individual and group supervision, as well as teaching supervision to therapists and coaches. She is interested in working cross-culturally and is co-editor of the book Solution Focused Practice in Asia. She is currently working on two other books: Solution-Focused Coaching in Asia and Solution-Focused Coaching Supervision, due to be published in mid-2024

Arvind Ramasundaram is the Director – Coaching with Coach-To-Transformation. He is an ICF-Level 3 trained coach and Mentor Coach conducting the coach training programs for CTT in India and abroad. He has clocked in 2200+ hours of coaching in his career and currently 2700+ hours of mentor coaching supporting more than 175 corporate leaders and individuals in discovering their path of coaching.
He was an HR professional with 15 years of industry experience in capacities such as HR site leader, Sr. Manager, and Business partner. Worked with companies like Mphasis, Sungard, Symphony Services and Intel in domains/verticals – BPO, Analytics and Financial Services, Product and Engineering groups. As part of his journey in HR, he has managed large and mid-size organizations responsible for 1500+ employees. Well versed in dealing with business leaders at all levels across the globe with varied teams and cultures.
He ran his own coaching efforts in these organizations on a 1×1 and group coaching basis. He has personally been part of several mergers and acquisitions in his organizations where he led the change management efforts through coaching for culture, vision and OD interventions for his business groups.
He holds a Master’s in Financial Management and Foreign Trade with Loyola Institute of Business Administration, Chennai and Pondicherry University respectively. He is a CC certified Toastmaster – managed corporate toastmaster clubs and is certified in Crucial Conversations. He was also a city host for a group of 50 members under Live Your Legend initiative which inculcated members to pursue their passion in 2014.

He spent around 14 yrs into IT field in – India – US – UK – China executing various roles from programmer to Project Manager to ERP Consultant to Account Manager to Global Process Lead; Since 2007 he is working in L/D and OD space.
He is a PCC accredited Coach from ICF; he has additional certifications in Mentor Coaching, MBTI , TTT , Experiential Education and many more. By education, he is gold medallist engineer with masters from IIT Chennai.
This man of many talents is an avid magician especially doling out tricks for his kids. Vivek is a theatre artist and numismatist too. But his biggest passion lies in taking the benefits of corporate training to families and positively impacting their happiness quotient, one family at a time.
