About Rajat Garg
Rajat is a Master Certified Leadership Coach with over 20 years of industry experience and over 2500 hours of coaching, helping people and organizations attain maximum effectiveness. His background includes working with CXOs, senior managers, managers and board of directors of small private companies to multi-billion-dollar publicly traded organizations. He collaborates with leadership teams to enhance accountability, ownership, and success by focusing on ROI. Additionally, he works with teams to increase collaboration and teamwork as organizations grow larger.
Rajat is a certified mentor coach and trains leaders, HR professionals, and future coaches in the art of coaching via a globally approved program by ICF. Rajat also sits on the board as an advisor to a couple of startups and provides mentorship to some startups.
He has worked as Vice President for Accenture India and was leading their IT consulting and Cisco Partnership division while handling multi-million-dollar accounts and P&L. He has consulted for large conglomerates and helped them achieve their agendas and outcomes. He has program-managed and delivered large IT programs across the globe and led large IT teams from diverse cultures and countries.
He is the former Chairperson of the ICF Global Enterprise Board. He has engaged with ICF in multiple roles in the past, including sitting on the Independent Review Board of the International Coaching Federation. He also served on the panel of judges for the prestigious global ICF PRISM Award. He also sat on the Nomination Committee and runs an ICF Ethics COP for India.
Rajat is an alum of INSEAD and IIT Bombay. Rajat is an avid reader of fiction and has dabbled in theatre in the past. He currently lives in Mumbai, India.

About Amine Delage
With over 25 years of international business and coaching experience across the Americas, Africa, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, Amine Delage brings a unique multicultural perspective to his coaching and facilitation. Based in Singapore, he specializes in high-performance team coaching, leadership development, and people transformation.
Amine has delivered impactful programs in service quality, conflict management, train-the-trainer, performance management, and safety leadership. He has also served as an associate coach with the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), supporting leaders in industries such as private banking, hospitality, healthcare, and education.
Fluent in English, French, and Arabic, Amine coaches and facilitates in all three languages, with a passion for bridging cultural gaps and unlocking human potential. His past roles include Learning & Development Manager for APAC in the hospitality sector and guest lecturer at the University of Paris XII.

About Cheong Choy Kiew
With over 30 years of senior leadership experience across Asia Pacific, Europe, and South Africa, Cheong Choy Kiew brings deep corporate insight and a strategic perspective to her coaching practice. Her career spans decades in Research & Development within the pharmaceutical industry, where she led global teams and drove innovation.
Choy Kiew's coaching journey began as a coachee, sparking a lifelong commitment to mastering the art of coaching. She spent over a decade as an internal coach before transitioning into a full-time coaching career in 2019, specializing in leadership development and workplace culture transformation.
A passionate writer, she authored "Into the WILD: Creating a Coaching Culture at the Workplace" in 2021, followed by "Nyonya Puteh" in 2022 — reflecting her love for storytelling and her belief in continuous learning.

About Dr Jane Tuomola
Based in Singapore, Dr. Jane Tuomola brings over two decades of experience in adult mental health and over 10 years of coaching and supervision practice. She is the founder of her own coaching and psychology practice and holds multiple credentials, including MCC (ICF), SP (EMCC), and EMCC-accredited Coaching Supervisor (ESIA). With over 2,000 hours of coaching experience, Jane blends clinical depth with coaching excellence.
She serves as a Trainer, Coaching Supervisor, and Mentor Coach with the Academy of Solution-Focused Training (Singapore) and Solutions Academy (Germany). Her passion lies in supporting coaches to deepen their practice through structured reflection, supervision, and professional growth.
A supervisor since 2006 and coaching supervisor since 2018, Jane offers both individual and group supervision for coaches and therapists. She is particularly passionate about working cross-culturally and is the co-editor of Solution-Focused Practice in Asia. She is currently authoring two upcoming books: Solution-Focused Coaching in Asia and Solution-Focused Coaching Supervision.
Her work is a unique integration of clinical psychology, solution-focused coaching, and supervision mastery — supporting coaches in evolving with clarity, ethics, and presence.

About Doramontie Nelleman
Doramontie Nelleman is an International Executive & Team Coach based in Singapore, holding the prestigious ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential. She is also a Certified Senior Practitioner in Team Coaching (EMCC) and a Marshall Goldsmith Certified Executive & Team Coach.
With 20+ years of corporate experience at Dell, HP, and Visa, Dora brings deep expertise in strategic change and leadership development. She partners with global clients across sectors including healthcare, education, legal, and Fortune 500 companies.
A WBECS-certified facilitator and mentor coach, she supports aspiring coaches and leaders on their accreditation journeys. Dora is also a trauma-informed yoga teacher, mindfulness practitioner, marathoner, and Kilimanjaro climber.

About Arvind Ramasundaram
Arvind Ramasundaram is the Director – Coaching at Coach-To-Transformation, with over 2,200 hours of coaching and 3,000+ hours of mentor coaching to his credit. An ICF Level 3 trained coach, he has mentored and trained over 175 corporate leaders and aspiring coaches across India and internationally through CTT's coach training programs.
With 15 years of corporate HR experience, Arvind held leadership roles in organizations like Mphasis, Sungard, Symphony Services, and Intel, where he led large-scale teams and managed HR functions across BPO, analytics, and engineering verticals. His HR journey saw him lead change management efforts during mergers and acquisitions, using coaching as a core enabler for cultural transformation and leadership alignment.
Known for his ability to connect across cultures and leadership levels, Arvind brings deep business insight, emotional intelligence, and structured learning to his coaching practice. He holds Master's degrees in Financial Management (LIBA, Chennai) and Foreign Trade (Pondicherry University).

About Vivek Yatnalkar
With over 27 years of experience across corporate and leadership development domains, Vivek Yatnalkar brings a rich blend of industry knowledge, coaching depth, and people-centric learning to his work. A former IT professional turned passionate trainer and coach, Vivek has delivered transformative programs for senior leaders across India, the US, UK, and China.

A Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Madhuri also holds certifications as a Team Coach, Mentor Coach, and Assessor, and has served as a Board Member for ICF’s Singapore Chapter. With 1,500+ hours of executive and team coaching experience, she has worked extensively with CXOs, senior leaders, and directors across the USA, UK, Africa, and India.

About Dr. Aman Jhaveri
With over 7 years of coaching and mentoring experience and 1200+ hours of practice, Dr. Aman Jhaveri is an ICF-certified PCC Coach, PCC Assessor, Mentor Coach, and a Trauma-Informed Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP). He blends mindfulness, somatic wisdom, and leadership development to support individuals and organizations in cultivating self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and authentic growth.
Aman is empanelled with several of India's leading brands as a Life & Executive Coach. His corporate background includes a Ph.D. in Strategy & Human Development, an M.Phil in Political Economy, and an MBA in Marketing. Currently, he heads the E-Commerce vertical of a top Indian houseware manufacturing company, managing a pan-India network and a P&L of INR 400 million.

About Dr. Gaurav Manohar Marathe
Dr. Gaurav Manohar Marathe is an Assistant Professor in the Organizational Behaviour area at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ranchi. He holds a doctoral degree (Fellow of Management) from XLRI – Xavier School of Management, with a specialization in Leadership and Organizational Behaviour. He also holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the College of Engineering, Pune.
Dr. Marathe integrates research-driven insights with real-world relevance, making complex organizational and leadership concepts both accessible and applicable. His teaching approach has earned him the recognition of Inside IIM Professor of the Year, awarded by students for his impactful and engaging pedagogy.

About Jim Smith
With over 20 years of executive leadership experience across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Human Resources, Jim Smith has partnered with clients from Fortune 500 firms, high-performing middle-market companies, and organizations across healthcare, manufacturing, education, government, and non-profits.
Jim is a certified PCC (Professional Certified Coach) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and holds the highest designation in Ontological Coaching (NCOC®) through The Newfield Network, where he also serves as a Trainer and Mentor Coach. He was part of the pioneering cohort of the Authentic Happiness Coach certification with Dr. Martin Seligman, a founder of Positive Psychology.
A passionate contributor to the coaching and HR community, Jim is the founder and past president of ICF's Cleveland Chapter and a two-term president of the Cleveland Society for Human Resource Management. He currently serves on the executive teams of the HR Leadership Group of Northeast Ohio (HRLG) and the Association for Coaches & Coach Training Organizations (ACTO).
Jim has also taught for 20 years as an adjunct instructor, including 15 years in the MBA Human Resources program at Baldwin Wallace University. His work blends strategic business acumen with deep expertise in human development, creating lasting impact through leadership, coaching, and education.

With over 9 years and 1700+ hours of coaching and mentoring experience, Illa Bhan is an ICF-certified PCC Coach, Mentor Coach, and certified Emotional Intelligence and Extended DISC Assessor. She has worked with diverse professionals and organizations globally, supporting their growth in leadership, emotional intelligence, and self-awareness.
Before transitioning into coaching, Illa had a successful 20-year career in Research & Development within the FMCG sector. A Master's degree holder in Chemistry, she held various leadership roles where she actively coached and mentored teams—laying the foundation for her current work as an Executive Coach.
