During Level1 course at CTT I was accompanied in my coaching journey in a uniquely gentle and perfect way. It enabled me towards having a mind of a coach and I also realized the impact a coach can make.

Doing Level 1 program with CTT has been a transformational experience. The program has been made in such a way that it made my learning fairly easy and I could practice what I learnt. The course I have joined was in true sense a “coach to transformation”. It really transformed myself.

This course created an awareness in me like no other structured experience i had ever had before. It has helped me listen better – a foundational skill for not only being an effective coach but a better human being. “ In my quest to find techniques to silence my inner chatter, create more self-awareness and become more present in the moment, this course covered all areas! In fact, I gained so much more than I had initially envisaged or hoped for! I have been able to deepen my self-awareness in such ways I don’t feel I could have achieved elsewhere. By exploring the concepts of yoga psychology, the journey of self-awareness felt more rapid and there have been many “light-bulb” moments! I thoroughly enjoyed the course. Alka and Atul have such a wonderful manner through which they were able to successfully create a relaxed and secure environment in which learning thrived. Being over 4,000 miles away and participating online, I felt I was participating in a highly focused, smooth, relevant course that was executed very well. My understanding of yoga psychology concepts now impacts my thought processes and questioning in my daily life as well as in the coaching process. From my experience so far in applying yoga psychology concepts and frameworks to my own issues or others’, I have felt the pace at which awareness comes is accelerated as, often, I find I can to get to the ‘heart of the issue’! I was mentored by Rajat as a part of the PCC credentialing process in 2016 and would call it one of my best learning experiences. Rajat has been inspiring coach & mentor during my PCC coaching training program. His innate style of letting all of explore ourselves by allowing us to speak and express without getting in our way and yet being there to guide us at the right time has been excellent. I learned lot of things like Active listening (one of his excellent trait), exploring who etc. He helped us explore various aspects of psychology, NLP and various coaching models yet ensuring that we keep an eye on core competencies of PCC markers. It’s very difficult for me to write a testimonial for Rajat or CTT as they mean so much to me that words fail me. The visualization techniques used by Rekha during the coaching sessions have been very insightful to help understand, articulate and act on one’s feelings and thoughts, regardless of the context or situation. I have found these sessions very valuable

Coach-To-Transformation got me started on a personal journey with two key objectives: one, which would enable me to support anyone who would like to create an impact in their career and life through the power of coaching and second, which would equip me with the skill of self-inquiry to chart my own future. I am confident this journey will be highly rewarding for me and those I coach.

Rajat was my mentor coach in my MCC credentialing journey. I could very clearly see a difference in the level of coaching between PCC and MCC. So far I had only heard that MCC is a different ball game and now I experienced it as well. Rajat would be candid in giving feedback. His feedback on the coaching session would be precise and an eye opener. My decision to do MCC was always more for a learning than anything else and I was happy that Rajat was my mentor coach in this journey. This was my second program with CTT. Last year (2019), I got my PCC credentialing done with CTT.

Overall, MCCP program was deeper experience than PCC. While I learned a lot about Mentor Coaching, as a side effect, my overall Coaching skills got enhanced!

This course helped me to deepen my understanding about ICF Competencies – what they are – and what they are NOT!

Both Rajat and Arvind are great at what they do – Coaching and Facilitating a program! Some of the one liners used during the program (e.g. Who you are – Mentor Coach or Coach Mentor) made me think a lot about my Mentor Coaching style. Both of them ensured that the participants learned on their own for most of the time. They gave us space to think – ideate – practice – learn!

The overall structure of the program allowed me to do a lot of practise of the ‘Mentor Coaching’ Skill. Added benefit to me was that most of the participants were PCC and above. So the quality of the conversation in the class room was of very high quality.

Overall, it was a fun learning!

Coaching across Cultures is a great topic to dive into for anyone! It is not just about different cultures in a geographical context (countries), but also culture at a team, organization and individual level (even within the same geography). This course provides a simple, yet comprehensive framework to understand and frame these cultural differences and thus, be more aware or sensitive to these while coaching. I found the learnings relevant to the context of coaching, inter-personal communication, team work and personal interactions.Professor Philippe is knowledgeable, humble and made the session interactive and fun!

Developing coaching culture is a topic which was unfolded in a very interactive way which saw many dimensions and areas which needs to be linked to developing coaching culture. It was a very engaging and fruitful session

Until the first class, I did have some remnant of doubts on my part. The introductory course cleared the last bits of unsureness, and the journey began, a journey of self-discovery. All my questions or most of them got answered in the whole of the course period. The answers did not come from direct questioning rather subtly from within. I found my answers through the coaching classes, and that was massive empowerment for me. I have tried out some coaching intro classes before, but CTT offers more than just the process; they initiate a lifelong journey of curiosity about the self. And I think this reason alone is enough for me to recommend CTT to others.

My MCC journey was memorable and transformational at the same time. Our MCC cohort was a diverse group with different cultures and lot of coaching experience. For me, the shift came when I started believing I am a good coach. As subtle and simple it may sound but this belief helped me get better at my coaching skill

I think I was fortunate to be a part of the pro-bono project for IIT students. I always believe that youth are the backbone of our future world and bringing clarity to their thought process would help them to drive in the right direction. It was quite an experience for me to witness the eagerness and the desire to explore the potential in their careers. It was indeed very satisfying to see the shift in students after the coaching conversation. I always look forward to a youth coaching project like this one.

CTT level one programme for budding Coaches is simply a superb programme if a person wants to be an outstanding coach. The programme would not only provide you with the entire tool kit for coaching but come with a great self realization where you would really know who you are and what you are up to? In my opinion it is not only preparing you to become an excellent coach but to become the best version of self.

It was a pleasure being a part of the Pro-Bono project conducted by CTT for IIT Bombay students. To interact with the students and understand their perspectives and then help them find solutions or the deeper need of their thoughts was very fulfilling. It was very smoothly coordinated by CTT which made the whole experience enriching. I would be more than happy to be a part of such a program again. And I would suggest more students to take up this opportunity and make the best of it!!

CTT sessions were very useful for me to understand the basics of coaching process. The AAA process being taught and we getting trained on the same was a great experience and would like to further develop myself in this journey of Coaching

Being a part of the CTT Level 1 Coach Training Programme was an enriching experience. The thought-provoking sessions allowed for so much exchange of information between all participants, there was never a dull moment. The sessions helped us learn from each other and also reflect and apply our learnings. The Peer to Peer Coaching sessions are a great way to apply the techniques we learnt during the three hour sessions each week. It has definitely left me feeling very confident of my decision to follow my dream of being a coach!

PCC journey with CTT was awesome. Both faculty were experts in coaching competencies and the course design supported lots of opportunities for reflection and experiential learning.. Had a wonderful cohort of peer coaches as well, every session saw a room full of rich experience from the HR, L&D and coaching field. Through this PCC journey I found myself discovering the coach in me and being able to embody the ‘being’ and ‘doing’ of the coach more naturally now. CTT has a wealth of resources on their LMS which were super helpful during this journey as well.

CTT has a very different way of managing the program. The recording and decks are really useful for revision. The depth of the program was dealt with nicely.

CTT’s MCCP Program is a very unique program, that opens up a completely new world of coaching, mentor coaching and supervision. This program has not only helped me become a better coach, but has also helped my grow in my capacity to support other coaches. Deeply reflective. Deeply transformative. Deeply impactful. If you are serious about your journey as coach, this program will add tremendous depth to your practice.

At the beginning of this program I was unsure of my capabilities and potential. But by the 12th week I said I AM ENOUGH. And I really do not know how else can I describe this journey. Right from busting my myths about coaching to making me believe that I am a coach, this program gets everything right.

ACC program was indeed a wonderful journey with ample opportunities for self reflection and learning. Peer coaching observations, discussions during the session were very insightful and happy to have made new friends.

The primary reason why I chose CTT for my PCC credentials, was because of my awareness about Rajat Garg.I found the atmosphere at the Sunday sessions, very energizing – there was no pressure, no fixed agendas (it seemed), yet great learning outcomes were achieved.This was the unique part of the training – the agenda for each class was structured loosely to flow with the needs of the coaches, yet cover the designated areas related to coach competencies.
The learnings got further cemented by the peer coaching practice sessions, and implementing the same with real client situations, between 2 classes.
As months passed, I noticed a significant shift in my understanding of the core competencies & markers for PCC level. I could live & breathe the concept of coaching presence & truly imbibed the concept of “BEING” a coach. These were the true aha moments for me, during the journey…
Overall, I would describe the experience of the training at CTT as Transformational….it was almost like being coached for 4 months at a stretch. It helped me go deeper into self-awareness, as a coach & as a person, and that I think was another significant takeaway. I would certainly recommend CTT as a go to coach training institute, due to its impactful design & delivery, so true to the coaching philosophy- of being so much focused on the client needs!

Being a leader, mentoring is something which comes as a part of the role.Though mentor coach training was a complete different experience. Of ‘course, enriching and fruitful. After taking the coaching level 2 training, the logical step was to take the mentor coach training. I am glad I did this course as it has not only helped me to be a mentor coach but also it helped me to be a better coach and be a better version of myself. The one word which comes up for me is discover – new perspective, new nuances on competences and discovering self. the best part is always the triad where I experience the learning and see it unfold as sessions goes by. Even it’s the end of the training, in true sense it is start of the journey to discover the mentor coach in me and what it looks like for me. I would like to thank CTT and Arvind for showing the balance between mentor and coach and taking through the journey. I extend my gratitude to the dynamic cohort which made the learning experience truly great.

Coach to Transformation has something real. They have embedded greater value proposition to everything they do. For them it is not just that conducting number of sessions and completing a programme. When you are with CTT they would provide enormous amount of knowledge, insights and experience so that you are very well equipped with all tools to move forward and confidently practice and experience the knowledge gained through their programmes. This was an awesome journey to undertake the PCC program, and which led to a personal and professional coaching transformational experience, acquired through the hands-on approach of the faculty, the involvement and commitment of the course participants, who regularly provided diverse value adding insights. There was no dull moment. Personally, I have become an evolved person, and professional coach, and the evolution process continues. I recommend the program to any serious candidate who is looking for value for money and time invested for the PCC program.

I recommend partnering with CTT on your journey of coaching. The mentors are reliable and accompany you to bring out what coaching is/could be for you. I entered this journey to learn the ‘skill’ of coaching and learnt a lot more about myself! It is a journey of self-discovery.

With so many institutions offering ICF certified courses, it was the initial supportive and unbiased discussions that I had with the coaches that made the difference. As classes went by, there was more I learning about myself, becoming more vulnerable and addressing those dark unlit passages in my life with more courage and the support of my peers. While I came into the program looking for a way to enhance my training career and passion in counselling, the impact and learning I will take away from it all about myself is far more valuable than anything I could have imagined. After the session and the graduated learning I am more at peace with myself. My perceptiveness has improved and I also understand it is a continuous process of improvement.

I must say that I really loved the program. Every class and peer coaching was thought provoking. I see myself transformed in this 14 weeks of journey. I feel more aware now which makes me feel very excited about everything around me. I feel more present. Reading was always a problem with me earlier and now its not, I am very consistent in reading. The program enlightened me on how teams could be managed better.

Executive Coaching worked as a sounding board, and an indirect feedback mechanism, which brought about self-awareness, and helped me develop mindfulness in day-to-day activities. We all have some traits and characteristics, that influence how we perceive things, which may some times contort reality, and affect our response to situations. In order to change that; I understood that focusing on changing one’s personality traits does not work; however by understanding who you are, and why you do what you do, you can have strategies to deal with situations and alter your response to them. However this can be achieved only if you have present moment awareness. Rajat Garg as a Leadership Coach, helped me how to discover who you are and guided me on how to develop and live with awareness. It is a simple truth of life “you can address only those things that you are aware of” and often the simplest things in life are the hardest things to do…

I am saying this again and there is no place I felt the psychological safety when I am with CTT. Both Rajat and Arvind have always been there whenever needed to help clarify and their humility and openness makes you go back there to learn more with them! Love you guys! thank you

Spending more time with self. Spending more time to do things that are close to me or which gives me happiness. Try to gain more energy, reduce spend of energy. Moving from Urgent to Important to reduce last minute rush. Compromise by not insisting on Perfection. Allocate vs Do it yourself. Belief in others doing it over self do. Consciously accept – They are driving vs I am driving!

Improved awareness and ability to name the emotions that I am going thru. Improvement in listening skills that helps to respond, rather than react.

Coaching helped me to introspect a lot. What in the past was a race to execute, is now a designed process of reflection, option analysis and only then execution. It has definitely helped me to improve my emotional quotient. It has helped me to be far more balanced. I am investing more time with people and trying to be more inclusive. It has also helped me get a perspective of what must be happening in the minds of supervisors and help appreciate the crisis most of them undergo and not get personally involved in those situations.

I connect profoundly with the listening space that coach gave to me to share all by fears and aspirations freely. Over past several months I saw how the constraints imposed by my inner-most fears started to dismantle as I started to confront these fears. I am able to create more possibilities in many areas of my life where there were none. I find myself a lot more in action – and wasting no time! I learnt to go by instructions from the coach rather than by ‘reasons’ from my inner voice.
My aspirations got new wings! My outlook towards my role and position is a lot more positive than how it was before. I find myself demanding extraordinary performance from my team, being more cordial with peers and seniors. There is now a possibility of taking expanded responsibilities while maintaining work-life balance.
