How does Supervisor Certification program add value to my existing Coaching credentials?

Supervision in Coaching helps bridge the gap between theory and practice. It is practical support in skill enhancement of a coach. Organizations can maximise their ROI in coaching by getting internal coaches supervised which can help coaches to deal with issues like conflict, bias, confidentiality so that they can continue to coach in the most effective way. Thus, being a Coach with Certificate of Supervisor, you can provide supervision to existing Coaches enabling them to enrich their Coaching practice.
