Bio: A postgraduate in Leadership Science, Alka has over 25 years of experience working in People Development – as a Coach and a Facilitator. She works independently with individuals and organisations, especially in the areas of leadership development and building effective teams. She is an associate with Coach to Transformation, and with IMPACT a UK based global leadership firm. She has recently set up a learning space called AVABODHA at Panchgani, a hill town south east of Mumbai, India, where she works with leaders and change agents to enable them to discover their larger purpose through inter alia, a process of reconnecting with their inner selves. Her personal endeavor is to revive the contributions of ancient Indian wisdom, especially Yoga Psychology. She is one of the Founding Members of Magic Bus, a leading global non-profit organization. Alka spearheaded the Program Development, Training, Research, Operations, Learning & Development verticals until 2012 when she moved out of the structure as Chief Program Officer
