About the Session:

“Acknowledging the good that you already have in your life is the foundation for all abundance” – Eckhart Tolle

What takes us to acknowledge the good? Or When do we become aware of what we already have?

Gratefulness is part of our character but most often in the larger scheme of things we miss to look at being present to that part of our character or it moves away from our focus. This is a session that attempts make you aware of your gratefulness and bring it back to focus. Once the awareness has been experienced the session will attempt to create an experience of gratitude and to sustain it as a regular practise of your life.
