Christelle Brouck, Integral Life & Leadership Coach, Singapore

Session Date and Time: 15th January, 2021, 7:00 – 8:00 pm IST

Session Title: Integral Coaching: From a Holistic Practitioner Perspective.

Session Description: An increasing number of people hear the words “Integral Coaching” without really knowing what it means or how it differs from other more traditional types of coaching

Here are some first answers from two renowned Integral Coaching schools: “Integral Coaching is an ongoing, evolving methodology intended to be the most comprehensive response to human life.” — New Ventures West.

“‘Integral’ means inclusive of everything, entire, complete, whole. So, at its deepest root, Integral Coaching refers to a way of coaching that is whole, complete and integrated.” — Integral Canada.

In her introduction to Integral Coaching, Christelle will be sharing what drew her to this approach, what she understands it to be, and what her biggest takeaways are from learning to help clients meet their challenges from a deeper and a whole place.

About the Speaker: Christelle Brouck is an Integral Life and Leadership Coach, Craniosacral Therapist, and Spiritual-Energetic Practitioner with an expertise in building emotional resilience and fostering conscious relating, communicating, and leading in personal and professional contexts.

She took her Integral certification with New Ventures West and trained in several other approaches including the Enneagram, Embodiment, and Presence-based Coaching. She provides well-rounded support to individuals who want to reach deeper levels of impact, fulfilment, and presence through increasing Self-understanding and whole-life coherence.

Christelle also holds an MBA from the Paris Graduate School of Business. Prior to pivoting her career in 2016 to be in her Purpose, she worked in diverse industries and roles including Business Journalism to Market Finance, IT Consultancy, and Management Consultancy. Her last corporate role was as Change Manager co-leading an APAC team on global and cross-business transformations for BNP Paribas.

What Christelle loves most about her life are the authentic moments of connection with the human beings in front of her, and to witness her clients become free of the constraints of their own making.
